About Us
STONE2CAP is a Luxembourg based partnership limited by shares (société en commandité par actions – SCA) established as an investment company with variable capital (SICAV) taking the form of a reserved alternative investment fund (fonds d’investissement alternatif réservé – RAIF).
The fund focuses on the Luxembourg real estate market, in prime locations, requiring a high level of expertise and resources to deliver long-term value. The fund is serviced by prime service providers such as entities belonging to the Edmond de Rothschild (EdR) group, which will act as alternative investment fund manager (AIFM), central administration agent and depositary of the structure.
Furthermore, STONE2CAP gives access to private well-informed investors to the fund with smaller commitments via Antwort Capital acting as feeder fund for STONE2CAP.

Commitments
Up to 10% of total commitments will be invested by the general partner (associé commandité) of the fund during the life cycle of the fund alongside the investors.
Fund Access
The access to STONE2CAP is exclusively reserved for well-informed investors (investisseurs avertis) investing a minimum capital amount of 3 million Euros; as well as other well-informed investors investing a lesser amount (starting at 150.000€) through a feeder fund platform of Antwort Capital.
Co-investment
Stone2Cap also allows investors in the fund to participate in co-investment opportunities directly in the PropCos.
